As your Web Site designer, I will provide a complete package of services designed to create a product that meets all of your requirements. I will assist you in formulating a concept to follow, work closely with you during each step of the design process, and assist you in publishing the completed site. I will then provide follow-on maintenance and upgrades, or will teach how to be your own Webmaster. More specifically, my services include:

Free initial consultation: During this first meeting, we will discuss the purpose, scope, and general concept that you have in mind.

Develop a plan: I will map out a rough plan and site design scheme for our approach to your project.

Detailed cost estimate: I will prepare a cost estimate covering the details of the site plan.

Finalize contract: The contract will cover a detailed description of the work to be done and the resulting costs.

Design Site: During the design phase, I will consult with you to make sure the approach is correct and all your goals are being considered.

Post to temporary server: I will keep a working copy of the site on a temporary server, so that you can see the work in progress as it will appear on the Internet.

Domain Name registration: I will assist you in applying for and registering a domain name for you to use as your site address.

Locate permanent host: I will help you find a Web Site hosting service that will become the permanent home for your site.

Activate site on host: Once completed, I will upload your site to the host computer, and ensure that it is working properly.

Modifications and Updates: I will provide free modifications and updates to your site for a period specified in the contract, to ensure that all goals are met.

Site Maintenance: I will offer follow-on Webmaster services to make minor changes and post updates through a contracted hourly rate.

Optional Training: If you want the capability of doing your own updates and modifications, I will conduct a class to train you or your staff in the procedure at a contracted cost.
